Beautifully manicured landscaping, large pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, several playgrounds, basketball courts, beach volleyball courts, racquetball court, Clubhouse, Gym, doggy clean-up stations, and large sidewalks for cycling and taking strolls, are some of the many amenities Embassy Lakes offers its residents.
CLUBHOUSE AND CABANA
The Clubhouse and the Cabana are available to rent by residents only. The Clubhouse fees are: $350.00 security deposit (refundable) and $475.00 rental fee (including tables and chairs) $375.00 (without tables and chairs) The Cabana fees are: $100.00 security deposit (refundable) and $125.00 rental fee. Currently, arrangements to reserve the Clubhouse and/or Cabana can only be done in the office by bringing a check or money order and completing the paperwork. Very soon, a portal will be available here for you to have the ability to request a reservation and pay online.
AED
In the event of an emergency CALL 911. There is an automated external defibrillator (AED) located adjacent to the outdoor restrooms. Broward Sheriff’s Office has provided a “Stop The Bleed” kit as well in the event of an emergency.
POOL
Hours: Dawn till Dusk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Under 14 years of age, MUST be accompanied by an adult. Lockers and showers are located in the Clubhouse area.
TENNIS / PICKLE BALL COURTS
Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
There are 4 hard surface tennis courts and 4 pickle ball courts that are available for use. To turn on the lights as needed, you must use the manual timer dial located near the entry gate, which will light the courts for 1 hour at a time.
GYM
Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. The gym is available for all residents. Children under the age of 18 are NOT PERMITTED. Please obtain a key from the Management Office, located at the Clubhouse. Cost is $20.00 per key. Currently, a check or money order may only be used to purchase a key from the office. Coming soon, you will be able to pay online.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Office is located in the Clubhouse area.
OUTDOOR BASKETBALL COURTS
Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Located at Passive Park, 2 outdoor courts are available for your playing pleasure.
BEACH VOLLEYBALL
Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Located at Passive Park.
RACQUETBALL/HANDBALL COURT
Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Located behind the Clubhouse.

Several playgrounds are located throughout the community for your enjoyment.
FISHING
Enjoy fishing in the many beautiful lakes throughout the community. Please note, we are a CATCH AND RELEASE community.
